A 2013 graduate of Villanova University, Alby is a lifelong Pittsburgh resident. Away from the office, Alby is an avid sportsman and spends a considerable amount of time volunteering with various charitable organizations.
Alby and his wife Megan live in Scott Township with their daughter Maeve.
